Delivery Regions

Myfancylife ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Middle East / Russia, and most European countries.

Please be aware that additional shipping fees may apply for remote or special regions (such as Iceland). All applicable shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Currently, we do not ship to Ukraine. Thank you for your understanding.

Global Logistics & Warehouses

To keep delivery efficient and dependable, we operate a global supply chain supported by warehouses and logistics partners across multiple regions. Based on current inventory availability, your order may ship from the United States, Europe, or Asia.

Our warehouse network currently includes locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia to better serve customers worldwide.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch):
• United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days
• Australia: 9–13 business days
• Middle East / Russia: 9–13 business days

Delivery estimates may change because of customs clearance, weather conditions, or local carrier delays.

  • Order Preparation: Once your order is placed, we usually begin processing within 1–2 business days. Some customized or made-to-order lamps may require additional preparation or production time. When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Shipping Methods: Standard Shipping is provided free of charge. We ship using international carriers such as DHL, DPD, FedEx, or local postal services, depending on the destination and delivery method.
  • Split Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses to help reduce delivery time. In that case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Shipping Costs

Myfancylife provides free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders. For Standard Shipping, shipping costs are fully covered by the seller and no additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

Expedited Shipping may be available upon request for customers who require faster delivery. Expedited Shipping fees are not included in free shipping and must be paid by the buyer.

The cost of Expedited Shipping varies depending on the destination country or region, shipment size, and carrier availability. Exact expedited shipping fees will be confirmed and clearly communicated before order confirmation or at checkout.

Please be aware that Expedited Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, as these charges are paid directly to the courier.

Order Tracking

After your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to display the first tracking update.

Address Changes & Liability

Because orders move into processing quickly, we follow a strict address-change policy:

  • Within 2 Days of Order Placement: You may request a shipping address change free of charge within 2 calendar days.
  • After 2 Days: Address changes cannot be guaranteed. If the shipment has already been collected by the carrier, any rerouting fees will be the customer’s responsibility. If rerouting fees are not paid and the package is returned, related costs may be deducted from the refund.

Expedited Shipping

If you need faster delivery, we can offer expedited options via DHL or UPS Express, with an estimated delivery time of 6–10 business days. Please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, as these charges are paid directly to the courier.

Delivery Issues & Insurance

  • Damaged in Transit: If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer free replacement parts, a replacement item, or a full refund as appropriate.
  • Lost or Misdelivered Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, you must request a carrier trace within 7 days. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost (excluding theft after delivery), we will reship your order at no additional cost.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may choose to pay for re-shipping or receive a refund.

Tariffs, Import Taxes & Duties

For US Customers:
For orders shipped via Standard Shipping, customs duties and import-related charges are typically covered by Myfancylife as the seller, so you can simply wait for delivery.

If Expedited Shipping (air freight) is selected, U.S. Customs may assess additional duties or import fees. In such cases, any charges imposed by customs authorities will be the buyer’s responsibility.

For International Customers:
For Standard Shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and most European Union countries, import duties and VAT are covered by Myfancylife as the seller.

When expedited shipping methods are selected, customs authorities may impose additional duties, taxes, or clearance fees, which will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Exclusions

We currently do not ship to all African countries, all South American countries, or certain regions including Afghanistan, India, Iraq, and some island territories. If you are located in one of these areas, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Shipping exclusions are due to current logistical limitations, carrier restrictions, or local import regulations.
